Warehouse Receiving - All cartons delivered to DataPrint must be individually labeled with your organization name and quantity enclosed.
Envelopes - Machine grade, commercial size and quantity only. Minimum size is 3-1/4 x 6, maximum size is 6-1/4 x 9-1/2. Open window envelopes cannot be accomodated.
Inserts - Minimum size is 3-1/2 x 7, maximum size is 6 x 9. To avoid surcharges, inserts should be of similar size, a minimum of 1/4" less wide than the envelope, and packed in such a way as to prevent nesting and/or curling during shipping and storage. Folded inserts must be letterfolded and not "Z" or accordian folded. Improperly folded inserts will not be accepted.
Quantities - Additional materials must be provided to cover set up and spoilage.
