Sizes - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" to 11" x 17"
Weights - 20/50 through 110# Cover
Inks - All inks must be non-metallic wax free ink.
Other Restrictions - Forms must not contain foil stamping, embossing, or die cuts such as rolodex cards. Any perforation must be a tight microperf.
Quantities - Additional Materials must be provided to cover set up and spoilage.
